Product Description

1.Twin screw extruder is specially for various PVC powder materials. Mated with different moulds and auxiliary machinery, it can produce various PVC plastic pipes, profile materials, board materials, sheets, bars, and granulating materials.

2.Screw material:high quality alloy steel-38GrMoAlA,after high-temperature nitriding,nitriding deepth 0.5-0.7mm,the surface hardness:HV740-940

3.The screw temperature control through the oil control system while the barrel temperature control through the cooling fan.

4.The reduction box adopt the Germany technical,have a long life span,low noise and lower hot.

5.Distribution box:through super conical gear with single bearing turn into double bearing torsion output.

6.Electic control system:
